good location

The pool was refreshing, and I enjoyed the 200m walk to the beach. My room was clean with good features like a fridge and flat TV. A lovely surprise was the unique dining options nearby, especially the Indian restaurant A1 Tandoori.

i really enjoyed my stay at ibis during our family holiday. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and terminals. the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, which made it feel so much like home, even compared to my previous visits in pattaya.

the tv only had local channels.

Great location but disappointing staff

First time here and the location is legit! Street food is right across, and the beach is a chill 5-min walk. But man, the staff could use a serious attitude adjustment. I found them rude and not very helpful. Plus, no room service? Come on! The restaurant had decent food, though.

I had an excellent stay at Ibis Pattaya. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and nearby shopping malls. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring my needs were met, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-designed, featuring a lovely balcony overlooking the pool.

Breakfast had limited options, especially for Western dishes.
